Technology Egypt, sae is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company incorporated in Cairo,
Egypt at the end of 2004 by Istanbul-based Technology Holdings, S.A. Technology
Egypt “TE” - issued capital one Million Egyptian Pounds and authorized capital five
Million Egyptian Pounds - was licensed by Egypt’s Investment Authority and registered
in the Cairo Commercial Register in December 2004, and started Phase I of its activity
and became officially operational in November 2007. Technology Egypt works with
and enjoys several important partner and alliance relationships[1]with international
and local vendors, including Microsoft, VMware, Intel, IBM, HP, Dell, Cisco, Schneider
APC, Riverbed and others.
During Phase I of its activity, which ends by Q4 2010, Technology Egypt focused
on the development of core products to be used in solutions for its customers and
for the provision of “mass” services via the “Cloud” in Egypt in Phase II, which
starts in Q2 2011.
